- Preparing our young people for the future world of work by highlighting the opportunities and threats contained in upcoming and future technology.
- Launch our HeforShe campaign named “boyz2men” targeting young boys in our communities on the issue of women and child abuse, (just imagine if it was your mother or sister suffering this abuse – would you tolerate that? Then don’t be silent when other women are abused. Remember, all women are your sisters).
- Marketing of local skills and small businesses.
Why not develop a band of volunteers?
You know people in your vicinity – good people. Help form them into a strong and effective force for good. Get together and discuss what you can realistically do together to make a difference. Show the power of your community by taking charge of its own local development. Communities throughout the south are rich in skills and resources that exist among many retired professionals but also amongst the many unemployed. Your neighbour has a unique skill in the field of science and innovation which he/she is willing to share with young people who are desperate for this knowledge.
